Tomorrow in CD

The country has entered a new era and CD has entered a new stage of development.The state has clearly proposed that we should change from high speed to high quality.In particular,it is emphasized that safety and environmental protection are the most important problems in our chemical industry.Now the state clearly proposes that "green water and green hills are preferable to golden mountains and silver mountains",but at the same time it adds the phrase "green water and green hills are golden mountains and silver mountains".That is to say,both economic development and environmental protection and safety should be resolved.
CD,as a chemical enterprise,will be tested in this tide.The economic development of the whole country has indeed entered a new era as stated in the 19th National Congress.The chemical industry of CD has not fallen down in the great economic reform of this country and has not been eliminated like other enterprises.We are developing with the national economy at the same time.We estimate objectively that at least we have entered a new stage of development,and we should seriously consider what to do next.
It is embodied in several aspects:
The first is to improve the management system.It has been 20 years since CD was restructured into a private joint-stock company,but it is unreasonable for many employees to rush to the office to make trouble after being laid off with the idea of an old state-owned enterprise.In the future,we should set a precedent for the initiative to terminate the Labor Contract,so that those who do not work hard have a sense of crisis.We have made some adjustments in the division of management and responsibility in order to strengthen the sense of responsibility and play an incentive role.
The second is to train talents.Where do talents come from?This is something we need to think about seriously.Recruitment of talents is certainly a way,but I think the future development of CD is mainly from the inside.To rely on internal training,to rely on the growth and development of internal staff,this is the main.In the training of talents,the first is not to give up the introduction,focusing on internal training.Secondly,we should give different treatment to technical personnel who have expertise,whether they have a diploma or not,who can bring benefits to the development of enterprises.Companies should actively create conditions for people with expertise to do the work they like.If you are willing to learn,the company should provide opportunities,platforms and incentive policies that contribute to learning.
The third is to publicize our corporate culture.The spirit of CD is "hard work,thrift,pragmatic and innovative,never satisfied".Pragmatism means seeking truth from facts and never telling lies,which should be vigorously promoted.We are poor,but we can't satisfy the present situation if we want to find ways and innovate.Looking back on the past days,we broke through a barrier that was considered impossible.Why? Because we always have new ideas.Technologies should be innovated,management should be innovated,and never be satisfied.
We have always advocated the result theory in CD.The social evaluation of enterprises depends on the results.The employee's evaluation of the employer also depends on the results.Whether the enterprise has a profit or not and whether the employee can not afford to pay wages are the two biggest results.Over the years,we have been doing this with a scientific attitude,step by step,and a solid attitude that we have never let go of.
After decades of ups and downs in CD,there are several sighs:Yesterday in CD was full of ups and downs,full of sadness,which was irrigated by countless people's hard work and sweat;Today in CD is full of crises and challenges,we not only have to work,but also pay wisdom,we have no choice but to bravely move forward;Tomorrow in CD is full of expectations and confidence,and we just need to continue.Continue to adhere to and carry forward the spirit of CD,with one mind,one chess game in four places,one footprint step by step,CD will surely have a better tomorrow!
